About the Ascettes

The "Ascettes" are the Women's Division
of the Automotive Service Association.

Our main function is to have fun!!! Well, maybe it's not our "main" function, but it is a very important one!

The Ascettes have no formal membership. We welcome all the ladies! We have a "Fun Event" for the ladies at every retreat.

This women's group was formed in 1976 to help support our Association by raising funds to buy equipment for the State Office, which at that time, was in the home of our Executive Director.

Over the years, as ASA grew, the Ascettes have grown also. Through our various fund raisers, the ladies have been able to provide many improvements for the State Office, such as computers, copiers, printers, etc. By encouraging a strong atmosphere of family and friendships, ASA of Washington has evolved into a very successful organization.

In 1991, the Ascettes established a $500.00 Memorial Scholarship to honor our lost members. Today, we offer two $1000.00 scholarships. One is specific to study in the automotive field, and one is for general studies. We love being able to support our young people and our association.

Please come join us at the Retreats! We are a big family, we have a wonderful time, and we'd love to get to know you!
